Natalya is warm, supportive, and a complete professional. My husband and I were anxious about being first time parents and the birth process, and Natalya helped us every step of the way. From our first at-home class together, Natalya listened to our needs and was patient as she helped prepare us as a team. She was so knowledgeable and gave us detailed explanations and demonstrations. When it came to deliver, after going through a marathon of multiple inductions, Natalya went above and beyond to make us feel supported and comfortable at the hospital. Nurses even commented about how great she was. When our only option left was a cesarean section, she jumped right into being my support person and stayed by my side during the surgery, even though this ask was outside of her responsibilities and previous experience. She did so wonderfully, and I am so thankful for her calm presence and encouragement during that challenging time. However, her support did not end there. Natalya continued to follow up with us to see how baby and I were doing weeks and months after her contract had ended. I especially appreciate how she checked in about my mental health and offered solutions for the challenges we were facing. It is clear that Natalya truly cares for her clients and is so passionate about her work.
